TrueCar driver will race a 2012 Honda Civic Si in Touring Car championship

(St. Petersburg, FL) -- Compass360 Racing (C360R) released details of the first of their four-car Pirelli World Challenge program today with the announcement that Florida's Shea Holbrook will join the team in defending its 2011 Touring Car championship. Holbrook will return to the series, which she's competed in for the past two seasons, with her familiar #67 number plate on a brand new 2012 C360R Honda Civic Si.

Compass360 Racing's new 2012 Honda Civic Si's fared reasonably well at the season-opening Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge race at Daytona International Speedway, with the top-finishing Honda the #75 of Ray Mason and Ryan Eversley leading the team's charge and crossing the line in 12th spot, narrowly ahead of team-mates John Kuitwaard and David Thilenius' #76 in 13th, Andrew Novich and Adam Burrows' #74 in 14th and Bo Roach and Trevor Hopwood's #77 in 17th.

"At least the cars all finished together and we scored some points," noted Team Principal Karl Thomson. "We'll be working with Grand-Am to get the Hondas back into the top ten for the next race."

Three former champions and one runner-up anchor talented group determined to win.

(Daytona Beach, FL) -- Compass360 Racing (C360R) is no stranger to winning on the high banks of Daytona International Speedway, having been on the Street Tuner podium four straight years from 2007 to 2010. To extend that impressive result the team has assembled a driver roster for this weekend's Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge race that's arguably the strongest it's ever had, counting three former series champions and one runner-up in the squad.

2010 Street Tuner Champion Teams with Rookie-of-the-Year Hopeful in Compass360 Racing Honda
